This policy explains how Anything Plus Inc., doing business as Beis Medrash Shtender ("we", "us"), collects and uses information when you visit bmshtender.com or beismedrashshtender.com, call us, or text us.
Information we collect
- Contact and order details you give us: your name, phone number, shipping address, optional email address, and what you order.
- Messages and calls: the text messages you send us and basic call information (your number, time of call).
- Payment: when you pay by phone, you type your card number on your phone's keypad. It goes directly to our payment processor (Stripe) through our phone provider (Twilio). We do not see or store your full card number; we keep only the last four digits and a payment reference.
- Website: our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and process, ship, and support your orders.
- To send you messages you asked for, such as order confirmations and shipping updates.
- To prevent fraud and keep our systems secure.
Text messages you send us are answered by an automated assistant. Your messages are processed by service providers that run that assistant on our behalf, and a person from our team may also read them to help you.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed: our phone and text provider (Twilio), our payment processor (Stripe), our online store platform (Shopify), the provider of our automated text assistant (Anthropic), and shipping carriers. We may also disclose information if required by law.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as needed for orders, warranty, returns, and tax and accounting requirements. Conversation history used by our text assistant is kept only as long as needed to serve you.
Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we never ask for card numbers by text message or email.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
